Location: Bangor Hospital
Hours: Monday to Friday, 37.5 hours per week
Pay rate: £14

We are currently recruiting for a Patient Booker to join our client's team in Bangor. This role plays an important part in supporting clinical services and ensuring patients receive a smooth and well‑organised experience.

What you'll be doing

Reviewing patient referrals to assess suitability for clinical units
Booking appointments and ensuring patients have all relevant information and medications
Sending follow‑up correspondence to keep patients informed
Managing appointment changes and cancellations professionally and efficiently
Maintaining accurate patient correspondence and contact records in line with procedures

Skills and experience

Previous experience in medical patient appointment booking
Strong organisational skills and attention to detail
A professional and patient‑focused approach
Confident communication skills and the ability to work well within a teamThis is an excellent opportunity for someone with medical booking experience who is looking to contribute to a patient‑focused environment.
