Shifts:
Monday to Thursday: 07:20 AM - 4:10 PM
Friday: 07:20 AM - 2:10 PM
Pay:
£16.78 per hour, with holiday and pension benefits after 12 weeks.
Key Responsibilities:
Handle materials safely, accurately, and promptly to support our client's build programme.
Adhere to Risk Assessments and on-site safety requirements while working.
Pick parts from holding stores and deliver them to line-side locations using various Material Handling Equipment.
Unload parts from delivery trailers and store them correctly in holding locations.
Maintain accurate inventory records by transacting part movements using Material Handling systems.
Show flexibility and adaptability across various Material Handling roles and tasks.
Identify quality issues and actively participate in problem resolution.
Experience and Qualifications:
Proven experience operating Material Handling equipment is a must (Counterbalance preferred), including a valid licence. Previous FLT experience is vital!
This role involves physically demanding tasks
Familiarity with Radio Frequency, EWI Task, or Sequencing is a plus.
Good numeracy and literacy skills are required.
Competent PC skills would be advantageous.
Ability to understand both verbal and written instructions.
Strong communication and team collaboration skills.
A good attendance record and punctuality are vital.
