Disposal Surveyor (Interim)

Position: Disposal Surveyor

Location: Hall Ings, BD1 1HX

Start Date: ASAP       

Contract Duration: 3+ Months

Working Hours: 37 hours per week, Monday to Friday 09:00 – 17:00

Pay Rate: £323.82 Per Day

Job Responsibilities

Carry out property inspections and surveys related to asset disposal

Assess and report on property condition and value

Support the disposal of council-owned assets in line with policies

Liaise with internal departments and external stakeholders

Prepare clear and accurate reports and documentation

Ensure all work complies with relevant regulations and procedures

Person Specification

Must-Have Requirements

Proven experience in property surveying or asset disposal

Strong understanding of property legislation and compliance requirements

Ability to produce clear and concise reports

Good communication and stakeholder management skills

Eligibility to work in the UK

Nice-to-Have Requirements

Experience working within a local authority environment

Relevant professional qualifications or certifications

Knowledge of public sector property disposal processes
