You’ll play a key role in overseeing end-to-end supply chain performance and leading a multidisciplinary team across planning and procurement. You will have an ability to coach and develop those working under you, ensuring the smooth delivery of raw materials and accurate production planning.
The opportunity
You’ll take full accountability for supply chain performance across raw materials, WIP and finished goods, driving availability, inventory optimisation and delivery performance in a complex, regulated environment.
What we’re looking for
* Senior supply chain leadership experience in high-volume manufacturing
* Background in FMCG / regulated industries (food, pharma, chemicals, etc.)
* Strong people leadership with the credibility to influence at site leadership level
* Proven experience in planning
* Experience with ERP/MRP systems
* Proven ability to coach / develop / guide teams
