Their Exeter facility is at the heart of our UK operations, and they are looking for dedicated Production Operatives to join their growing team.
The Role
As a Production Operative, you’ll play a key role in the manufacturing process, ensuring their products meet the highest standards of quality and performance. This is a hands-on role in a fast-paced environment where attention to detail and teamwork are essential.
Key Responsibilities
* Operating machinery and equipment safely and efficiently
* Assembling, cutting, and finishing.
* Conducting quality checks to ensure products meet specifications
* Maintaining a clean and organized workspace.
* Following health & safety procedures at all times.
* Supporting colleagues and contributing to continuous improvement initiatives.
What We’re Looking For
* Previous experience in a production environment.
* Strong attention to detail and commitment to quality
* Ability to work effectively as part of a team
* Good communication skills
* Willingness to learn and adapt to new processes
* Reliability and a positive attitude
