About the Role:
An established and growing organisation is seeking an experienced Fire and Security Engineer to join their professional team. This is an excellent opportunity for a motivated engineer looking for a long-term role offering job security, progression, and varied work across both commercial and residential sites.
Key Responsibilities:

Installation, maintenance, and commissioning of fire alarm systems, intruder alarms, CCTV, access control and other security systems.
*
Carrying out routine planned preventative maintenance (PPM) and fault finding.
*
Ensuring compliance with relevant standards (BS5839, BS5266, NSI, etc.)
*
Providing excellent customer service and maintaining strong client relationships.
*
Participating in the on-call rota and attending emergency call-outs when required.
*
Completing accurate reports and documentation for all works carried out.
Key Requirements:
*
Proven experience working as a Fire and Security Engineer.
*
Competent with a variety of systems (e.g. Advanced, Kentec, Texecom, Hikvision, Paxton, etc.).
*
Knowledge of current industry standards and regulations.
*
Full UK driving licence.
*
Excellent problem-solving skills with a strong attention to detail.
*
Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
Desirable:
*
Relevant industry qualifications (FIA Units, ECS, CSCS, IPAF, etc.)
*
Experience working on both domestic and commercial systems.
