We are looking for dedicated and compassionate individuals to join our team as Health Care Assistants / Support Workers to work in a Residential Care Home situated in Slough - SL4.

Responsibilities of Health Care Assistant:
* Assist patients with daily activities such as bathing, dressing, and grooming.
* Support patients with mobility and physical exercises.
* Monitor and record patients’ conditions by taking temperatures, pulse, and respiration rates.
* Assist with medication administration under the supervision of a licensed nurse.
* Provide emotional support and companionship to patients.
* Maintain a clean and safe environment for patients.
* Follow care plans and communicate effectively with the healthcare team.
Requirements:
* Previous experience of at least 6 months in a health care setting .
* Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
* Ability to work well in a team and follow instructions.
* Compassionate, patient, and reliable.
* Physical ability to perform the duties of the position, including lifting and moving patients.
