About the Role:
Our client is seeking an experienced SSSTS Site Supervisor to join their team on a major power plant project based in Friston. This is a long-term contract offering a great opportunity to work on a high-profile, energy-sector development.
The successful candidate will take responsibility for supervising site activities, ensuring compliance with health & safety standards, coordinating subcontractors, and maintaining smooth day-to-day site operations.
Key Responsibilities:

Supervise and coordinate daily site activities
*
Ensure health & safety compliance in line with SSSTS requirements
*
Liaise with site managers, contractors, and trades teams
*
Monitor and report on site progress
*
Assist in site inductions, toolbox talks, and method statements
*
Maintain site records and ensure adherence to company standards
Requirements:
✅ Valid SSSTS/SMSTS certification
✅ Previous supervisory experience on construction or power/energy sector projects
✅ Strong understanding of site health & safety procedures
✅ Excellent communication and leadership skills
✅ CSCS card (GOLD/BLACK)
✅ First Aid at Work (advantageous)
