Key Responsibilities
* All aspects of Inspecting Components to drawing requirements & specifications.
* Dimensional inspection of components using Hexagon CMM
* CMM programming PCDMIS
* Recording and communicating findings clearly
* Control and monitor QMS procedures
* Assist with Audits and maintaining ISO 9001:2015 QMS
* Calibration of measuring equipment
* First off, patrol and final inspection of machined components
Qualifications and Experience
* CMM Programming and operating experience is essential
* Read & Understand Engineering drawings.
* Time Served Engineer with Apprenticeship.
* Previous Machine Shop Inspection experience is essential
* Computer literate
* Excellent communicator
The successful candidate will be offered a competitive package based upon their working experience and qualifications.
Dependent upon Experience and Qualifications 38k to 40k
Holidays – 34 days inc.bank holdays
Normal working hours – 8-5 Mon-Thurs, 8-12.30 Fri. 38.5 hours/week
