An excellent opportunity for a highly organised Document Controller to join a growing engineering environment supporting major projects across HVAC and renewables. This is a key role ensuring the smooth management, control, and distribution of technical documentation across multiple live projects.

The Role
You will take ownership of document control processes, working closely with engineers and project teams to ensure accurate, compliant, and efficient handling of all project documentation.

Key Responsibilities

Manage and maintain document control systems across multiple projects
Ensure all drawings and technical documents are correctly filed, tracked, and accessible
Control distribution of documentation to internal teams and external stakeholders
Maintain document registers, transmittals, and workflows
Ensure strict version control and revision tracking
Support audits, project reviews, and handover documentation
Coordinate document submissions, approvals, and change control
Act as the main point of contact for document-related queries
Provide general project and administrative support where required
About You

Proven experience as a Document Controller within engineering, construction, HVAC or similar sectors
Strong understanding of document management systems and processes
Excellent organisation and attention to detail
Ability to manage multiple projects and deadlines
Confident communicator with strong coordination skills
Proficient in Microsoft Office
Desirable

Experience working with technical drawings or engineering documentation
Knowledge of ISO standards or quality management systems
