TeacherActive are excited to be working with a range of welcoming and supportive nurseries across Swansea and the surrounding areas. These nurseries are passionate about creating safe, nurturing environments where children can explore, learn, and grow with confidence.
We are currently looking for a Level 3 Qualified Nursery Assistant who brings energy, care, and creativity into their work. This is a fantastic opportunity whether you're looking for flexible day-to-day work or something longer-term with the potential to become permanent.
What you’ll be doing:
You’ll play a key role in supporting children during one of the most important stages of their development. From comforting babies as they settle in, to planning fun and engaging activities, no two days will be the same.
Supporting children’s learning through play and structured activities
Creating a warm, safe, and stimulating environment
Working closely with a friendly and supportive team
Primarily based in the baby room, with flexibility across the nursery
What we’re looking for:
Level 3 Childcare qualification (essential)
Experience working in an early years setting
A genuine passion for supporting children’s development
A positive, ‘can-do’ attitude and team spirit
