Supervisory skills an advantage but not fully necessary as dependant on level of Rank in the Armed Forces of Civilian equivalent could be considered
Qualifications and Experience
Essential Experience:
•Experience of working in an SE/AEA Supervisory role.
•A demonstrable track record of working in an operational AEA maintenance section.
•Proven experience of being able to self-motivate as a lone worker in an operational AEA
maintenance section.
•Experience of working closely with multi-site teams, building relationships, and leveraging them to deliver outstanding performance in a highly regulated environment.
Essential Qualifications:
• Recognised RAF Survival Equipment Course (or civilian equivalent)
• Recognised Q-SE-AC or GAEA qualification
• Recognised Human Factors training
