How our sorting works

The order in which job vacancies are displayed is determined by a composite score based on the following factors:

  • Keyword Relevance: How well your search terms match the vacancy details. We prioritize matches found in the job title, followed by job requirements, location names, and educational levels. Matches within general employer information or the organization's name carry a lower weight.
  • Commercial Prioritization (Premium Jobs): Vacancies paid for by employers ('Premium' or 'Sponsored') receive a ranking boost and will appear higher in the search results.
  • Recency (Date Relevance): Newer vacancies are prioritized. The relevance score of a vacancy is reduced by half once the posting is older than 30 days.
  • Proximity (Distance Relevance): Vacancies located closer to your search location are ranked higher. For vacancies located more than 30 km from the search center, the relevance score is halved.
The final ranking is established by multiplying all these individual factors to calculate the total relevance score.

    The AICS Group specialises in providing community-based rehabilitation and support to clients who have a brain injury.
    AICS Group is on the search for a Russian Speaking Female Support Worker to work with our male client who lives in Croydon. This role provides immense job satisfaction within a busy and varied environment, working with a range of health and social care professionals.
    ABOUT THE ROLE
    Client: Our client is female in her 40’s, who has a brain injury since in few years. Support Worker should be able to give full support in regaining our clients physical and positive needs.
    The shift pattern is from:
    · 12hr
    PERSON SPECIFICATION
    Essential Skills:
    · Driver is preferrable.
    · Minimum 1 year of experience in health and social care, preferably with adults or children who have a brain injury, Basic understanding of cognitive and physical impairment.
    · Demonstrate ability to relate respectfully to people with physical disabilities.
    · Good verbal and written communication skills, ability to liaise with other professionals daily, ability to take a person-centred approach, experience in medication administration, personal care and manual handling.
    · Ability to think outside the box, provide ongoing activities, learning and support to client in the home and in the community.

    · Experience of providing care to people living in the community
