How our sorting works

The order in which job vacancies are displayed is determined by a composite score based on the following factors:

  • Keyword Relevance: How well your search terms match the vacancy details. We prioritize matches found in the job title, followed by job requirements, location names, and educational levels. Matches within general employer information or the organization's name carry a lower weight.
  • Commercial Prioritization (Premium Jobs): Vacancies paid for by employers ('Premium' or 'Sponsored') receive a ranking boost and will appear higher in the search results.
  • Recency (Date Relevance): Newer vacancies are prioritized. The relevance score of a vacancy is reduced by half once the posting is older than 30 days.
  • Proximity (Distance Relevance): Vacancies located closer to your search location are ranked higher. For vacancies located more than 30 km from the search center, the relevance score is halved.
The final ranking is established by multiplying all these individual factors to calculate the total relevance score.

    Job description

    Training & Operations Administration Assistant

    9-12-month temporary role

    Part Time (30 hours per week)

    Rocksavage, Runcorn

    Main Purpose:

    The role will be tasked with supporting and monitoring progress of training compliance for all medical operations personnel with responsibility for detailed scheduling of various training programs, coordination and update of records as well as the ongoing management and update of various software platforms. The role will also be tasked with delivering key administration activities and support for the Operations Hub and site management team as the site undergoes a transformative year of growth and change.

    Roles and Responsibilities:

    * Coordinate cross training programs for the medical teams; schedule training dates, communicate, issue and update records including update of various files and electronic platforms

    * Oversee and report on the progress of medical cross training to key stakeholders and work closely with the Medical Operating Plant Manager to meet key deadlines/milestones.

    * Be responsible for managing the day-to-day delivery of the critical services to support the successful functioning of Rocksavage offices and aligned to agreed budgets.

    * Partner with internal stakeholders to identify key user requirements and develop delivery plans that consistently exceed expectations.

    * Support and respond to management administrative requests to place orders, contact suppliers, update records, coordinate visitors and perform general office duties.

    * Complete documentation updates which support the maintenance or improvement of the SHE & Quality Management Systems.

    Qualification and Experience:

    * Educated to GCSE or higher successfully achieving a minimum of Grade ‘C’ (or equivalent) in five GCSE subjects including English and Maths.

    * Good communication skills and ability to support general office and training requirements.

    * Experience with Microsoft Excel to manipulate data, generate reports and analyze performance.

    * Good interpersonal skills and ability to influence peer groups.

    * Experience with e-learning platforms (Sphera, EQMS, MyLearning Hub).

    * Advanced organisational skills with ability to handle and prioritise multiple assignments.

    * Experience coordinating and executing multiple tasks.

    * Ability to identify issues and develop appropriate controls to rectify emergent issues.

    * Familiarity with job training methods and techniques
