How our sorting works

The order in which job vacancies are displayed is determined by a composite score based on the following factors:

  • Keyword Relevance: How well your search terms match the vacancy details. We prioritize matches found in the job title, followed by job requirements, location names, and educational levels. Matches within general employer information or the organization's name carry a lower weight.
  • Commercial Prioritization (Premium Jobs): Vacancies paid for by employers ('Premium' or 'Sponsored') receive a ranking boost and will appear higher in the search results.
  • Recency (Date Relevance): Newer vacancies are prioritized. The relevance score of a vacancy is reduced by half once the posting is older than 30 days.
  • Proximity (Distance Relevance): Vacancies located closer to your search location are ranked higher. For vacancies located more than 30 km from the search center, the relevance score is halved.
The final ranking is established by multiplying all these individual factors to calculate the total relevance score.

    What does the role look like?

    As a Delivery Assurance Manager, you'll play a key role in ensuring delivery commitments are met across Machining & Special Process. You'll provide operational and administrative leadership, using KPIs to drive performance and recovery plans, while working cross functionally with Engineering, Quality and Supply Chain to support production ramp ups and new product introductions.

    What will your day-to-day responsibilities look like?

    Provide day-to-day operational and administrative support to managers and teams
    Drive delivery performance through KPI tracking (e.g. parts booked to stores, recovery hours)
    Coordinate meetings, prepare agendas, capture actions and ensure follow-up
    Prepare reports, manage data, and track performance against safety, quality, delivery, cost and productivity targets
    Liaise with internal and external stakeholders, suppliers and partners
    Ensure compliance with company policies, procedures and confidentiality requirements
    Identify and implement improvements to processes and ways of working
    Collaborate with Engineering, Quality and Supply Chain to support NPI and production ramp-upsWhat will you bring to the role?
    Essential skills:

    Strong organisational skills with the ability to prioritise workload and meet deadlines
    Proven experience using KPIs and data to drive operational performance and delivery
    Excellent communication skills with the ability to work cross-functionally
    Desirable skills:

    Strong working knowledge of aerospace manufacturing processes, materials and quality systems
    Manufacturing environment experience
    Strong analytical and problem-solving capability
