We’re working with a well-established and forward-thinking Building Services Design Consultancy looking to appoint a Sustainability Consultant (BREEAM) to support their expanding project portfolio.
This is a fantastic opportunity for a sustainability professional with BREEAM experience who is looking to develop their career within a collaborative and supportive environment, while working on a diverse range of projects.
The Role
As a Sustainability Consultant, you will:
Deliver BREEAM assessments from pre-assessment through to certification
Support the delivery of sustainability strategies across multiple projects
Liaise with clients, design teams, and contractors
Provide guidance on achieving sustainability targets and credits
Assist with project documentation and evidence submissions
Work closely with senior team members on wider sustainability servicesTechnical Responsibilities
BREEAM assessments across a range of schemes
Support with energy and sustainability reporting
Assist in the delivery of environmental certifications and compliance
Contribute to sustainability statements for planning
Keep up to date with UK sustainability standards and frameworksAbout You
Experience delivering BREEAM assessments (ESSENTIAL)
BREEAM Assessor/BREEAM AP qualification (or working towards)
Degree in Sustainability, Environmental Science, or similar
Strong communication and organisational skills
Ability to manage multiple projects and deadlines
Willingness to work in the Milton Keynes office 2 days per weekWhat’s on Offer
