The Role:
* Build and develop strong relationships with existing clients while generating new business through proactive B2B sales
* Source high-quality candidates via LinkedIn, job boards, and advertising
* Conduct interviews and assess candidate suitability for roles
* Manage the full recruitment lifecycle, from candidate registration through to placement
* Act as a trusted advisor to clients, delivering tailored recruitment solutions
* Establish yourself as a market specialist and grow your personal brand
What We're Looking For:
* Experience in a sales or business development role, with a proven track record of hitting targets
* Confidence in building relationships and managing client accounts
* Strong communication and influencing skills
* Resilience, ambition, and proactive mindset
* A genuine drive to succeed in a target-driven, high-performance environment
