We are looking to recruit an experienced counterbalance FLT driver with full driving licence to join our team in Kirkby in Ashfield, the role will include supporting our team in the factory with production as well as FLT duties.
Responsibilities include
* The day-to-day running of the warehousing operations.
* To assist and serve with customer collections.
* To use picking notes for the procurement of stock.
* The processing of delivery notes.
* To operate the forklift trucks.
* The day-to-day safety checks of the forklift truck.
* Supervision of goods in and out of stock.
* The unloading and loading of manufactured and merchanted goods.
* The maintaining of stock in a good condition whilst handling and distributing.
* The distribution of goods throughout the works.
* The keeping of floor space tidy and clear of obstructions.
* To practice security procedures within the works.
* To meet the requirements of ISO 9001 and ISO 14001.
* Support production staff in the factory
* To work efficiently and effectively under own initiative.
* To use quality control when loading goods/receiving and 3rd party deliveries
Salary description
£26000.00 - £28000.00 per year
