Description

Develop and refine products to meet market demands and customer expectations.
Responsible for sample make up
Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including Engineering & Manufacturing, to ensure product feasibility and quality.
Oversee product testing and ensure compliance with industry standards and regulations.
Manage timelines and budgets for product development projects.
Prepare product specifications and documentation for internal and external stakeholders.
Support the implementation of new manufacturing processes to enhance product quality.Profile

You will be a Product Develop, or an experienced food technologist looking for an opportunity to step into development, as well as:

Proven experience in product development
Excellent problem-solving and analytical skills.
Ability to manage multiple projects and meet deadlines effectively.
Strong communication and collaboration skills for working with diverse teams.
Proficiency in relevant software and tools for product design and development.
