You will lead the setup of a new children’s home while having the support of an experienced RI, giving you the platform to build things the right way from the start. This opportunity would suit a Home Manager or Registered Care Manager ready to create a high-quality service.
You will have full involvement in recruitment, culture, and care delivery, with the freedom to embed your own standards while progressing into a dual registration setup as the service grows.
Package & Benefits
• Salary up to £65,000 per annum.
• Bonus structure up to £8,000 across both homes.

Key Responsibilities
• Lead the registration and opening of a new EBD children’s home from inception.
• Recruit, develop, and lead a values-led care team.
• Embed trauma-informed, relationship-based practice across the service.
• Take full accountability for quality, compliance, and outcomes, with scope to become dual registered.
About You
• Experience as an Ofsted Registered Manager within a children’s residential setting.
• Level 5 Diploma in Leadership and Management for Residential Childcare or equivalent.
• Experience working within EBD children’s homes.
