About the role:
Justteachers is seeking a Cover Supervisor who is looking for a Long term role/Part Time, in a Secondary school in the Grange Over Sands area. The role is set to commence ASAP with the school.

Key Skills and Attributes:
· Supervise classes across KS3 and KS4 in the absence of the teacher
· Deliver pre-prepared work and maintain lesson flow
· Manage classroom behaviour in line with school policies
· Support pupils with tasks and ensure work is completed
Pre-requisites:
· Experience working in UK secondary schools
· Ability to manage classroom behaviour confidently
· Good understanding of UK school routines and policies
· Strong communication and adaptability skills
