Key responsibilities
* Provide one-to-one and small group behaviour support to pupils with additional needs
* Assist the class teacher in maintaining a positive, structured learning environment
* Implement behaviour support strategies and personalised plans
* Help promote emotional regulation, resilience, and positive engagement
* Work collaboratively with teaching staff and pastoral teams to ensure consistent support
Pre-requisites
* Relevant qualifications for working within an educational setting
* Proven experience of supporting pupils with behavioural, SEMH, or additional learning needs
* Strong knowledge of effective behaviour management strategies
* Two education or school-based references
* Ability to build positive, trusting relationships with pupils and staff
* A calm, patient, and resilient approach to challenging situations
