The Role
You’ll take ownership of building services across projects from early design through to handover.
Key responsibilities include:
Overseeing M&E design coordination, delivery, and commissioning
Working alongside pre-construction teams to ensure proposals meet client and contract requirements
Managing design information, drawings, and approvals in line with programme
Ensuring compliance with regulations, specs, and third-party standards
Integrating building services into the overall construction programme
Driving quality standards across all M&E elements
Monitoring progress and supporting delivery teams with specialist subcontractors
Assisting commercial teams with variations and valuations
Leading commissioning, handover, and end-user training
Attending and leading technical and progress meetings
What they’re looking for
Proven experience managing building services on construction projects
Background in either mechanical or electrical disciplines
Experience working for a main contractor, consultancy, or specialist subcontractor
Relevant qualification (HNC/HND/Degree in Building Services or similar preferred)
Strong coordination and communication skills
