A great opportunity for an experienced Investment Operations Manager to lead a high‑volume, regulatory‑driven client reporting function within a large wealth management environment.

You'll manage a team of 12 responsible for end‑to‑end delivery of all core client reporting. The role requires strong operational expertise, attention to detail, and the ability to run reporting processes at scale within a controlled, resilient environment.

Key Responsibilities:

Lead, develop and support a high‑performing reporting team
Ensure accurate, timely delivery of all reporting outputs
Produce MI (SLAs, KPIs, KRIs) for committees and governance forums
Drive continuous improvement and operational efficiency
Manage deadlines, expectations and cross‑business dependencies
Oversee third‑party suppliers with Oversight & Control teams
Ensure operational resilience and compliance with BC requirementsAbout You:

Strong service‑delivery mindset
Experience in investment or wealth management operations
Excellent communication and stakeholder‑management skills
Ability to prioritise, delegate and manage deadlines
Strong understanding of data, reporting processes and controls
Leadership/management experience
IOC‑qualified (or working toward)
Knowledge of FCA CASS (or equivalent)What's on Offer
