Job Overview:
* This secondary school caters for pupils aged 11-16.
* Full-time, Monday - Friday, SEN Teaching Assistant role.
* Support students with a range of additional needs in Colchester.
* Work closely with teachers to adapt learning materials and activities.
* Provide 1:1 and small group support to help students access the curriculum.
* Support pupils in developing social, emotional, and communication skills.
