Key Responsibilities:
* Maintain and repair communal heating and water systems in residential flats and sheltered accommodation
* Attend plant rooms as required to service communal systems
* Diagnose faults, source parts, and carry out repairs efficiently and to a high standard
* Ensure compliance with all current regulations and safety standards
* Maintain clear communication with residents, clients, and colleagues
Requirements:
* Proven experience as a commercial engineer in residential or commercial environments
* Comfortable working in flats, sheltered accommodation, and plant rooms
* Strong knowledge of communal heating systems and radiator issues
* Relevant commercial engineering qualifications (City & Guilds or equivalent)
* Must be willing to cover London and the Home Counties
* Ability to work independently and manage a varied workload
Salary & Benefits:
* £52,000–£55,000 per annum, depending on experience
* OTE - £60,000 - £65,000k
* 23 days holiday plus Bank Holidays
* Paid travel: 30 minutes each way, home to first job and last job to home
* Callout rota: 1 in 4
* Standby: £35 per day
* Callout: £35 per visit, plus travel paid door-to-door
