Job role and responsibilities:
Support the delivery of high-quality lessons across the KS2 curriculum
Lead small group interventions and, at times, whole class teaching
Support and engage pupils in their learning
Maintain a positive and structured learning environment
Adapt to different classroom needs
Follow safeguarding procedures and school policiesRequirements:
HLTA qualification or equivalent experience
Previous experience working within KS2
DBS on the update service (or willingness to obtain one)
