What You'll Do:
As a Maintenance Operative, you'll play a crucial role in ensuring our accommodation facilities are in tip-top shape. Your responsibilities will include:
Performing routine maintenance and repairs on facilities and equipment.
Conducting inspections to identify issues and implement solutions.
Assisting with the setup and dismantling of furniture and fixtures.
Responding promptly to maintenance requests from staff and residents.
Maintaining a clean and safe work environment.What We're Looking For:
Proven experience in a maintenance role or related field.
Strong problem-solving skills and a proactive approach.
Good communication skills and the ability to work well with others.
A can-do attitude and willingness to learn.
