Site Manager

Site Manager – Windsor, Berkshire – Luxury Hotel and Private Memebers Club Extension, Refurbishment works and other works to the grounds such as padel courts etc. Project to start in May 2026 for 15 months with potential for more work afterwards
Our client is a main-contractor who specialise in High-end developments and refurbishments, and they are looking for a Site Manager to deliver the project in Windsor
Tasks/ Responsibilities:

Ordering of Labour
*
Chairing & attending weekly meetings
*
Ordering of Materials
*
Manage all subcontactors on site
*
Identify and resolve any issues with the project
*
To be a point of contact for our client.
Skills/ Qualifications required:
*
SMSTS & CSCS Card
*
MUST have previous high end residential or commercial experience
*
Driving License (preferred not essential)
*
Strong work ethic
*
First Aid Certificate
