Probate Solicitor

A superb opportunity for an experienced Probate Solicitor to join a growing private client team in a flexible hybrid role.
This is ideal for a solicitor who enjoys high-quality client care, autonomy over their caseload, and a supportive culture.
The Role
You will manage a varied caseload of probate, estate administration, wills and inheritance matters from instruction through to completion.
The role offers hybrid working with a minimum of 3 days in the office, with flexibility for the right individual.
Key Responsibilities
* Managing probate files from start to finish
* Estate administration
* Advising on wills and inheritance matters
* Probate applications and submissions
* Liaising with executors, beneficiaries and HMRC
* Ensuring SRA compliance
* Delivering excellent client care
* Supporting team development where needed
What We’re Looking For in a Probate Solicitor
* Qualified Solicitor (England & Wales)
* Strong PQE within probate/private client
* Able to independently manage files
* Strong client-facing communication skills
* Organised and commercially aware
* Experience with Proclaim / Hoowla / Filemaker helpful
* Team-oriented with a calm, empathetic style
