Primary Early Career Teacher - Stafford / Stone

We are looking for a Primary Early Career Teacher who are hardworking, passionate and have the enthusiasm to make a difference in each and every classroom. Straight out of university you'll have developed the skill set to be able to adapt to different working environments and build strong relationships with our partner schools. You will have strong levels of behaviour management and will be able to quickly adapt to teaching and learning to suit the needs of the children within your class. We proudly work with numerous Early Career Teachers (ECT's) to help them explore a variety of different schools and different year groups; by gaining this experience you gain strong links within a handful of different schools across Staffordshire which appeals to future employers!

Your role as an ECT:

Manage behaviour quickly and effectively in order to maintain and foster the best learning environment for each and every child.
Build strong relationships with; staff, parents and most importantly pupils. Your relationships just be built on trust, honesty and respect.
Marking work at the end of each day in order to assess and monitor progress.
Planning may be expected when on a long term placements - the pay will reflect this added responsibility too.
Enthusiasm to make a difference and support each child.
A pro-active 'can - do' attitude.
Confidence in supporting different learning needs within the class, ensuring every child is pushed to their full potential.What working for Academics can offer you as a Primary ECT
