In this role, you will support pupils across the school, working both within the classroom and in small group or 1:1 setting. You'll help ensure that all learners are supported to reach their full potential, both academically and socially.
As a Learning Support Assistant, you will:
Provide in-class support to pupils with a range of learning needs
Deliver small group and 1:1 intervention
Assist the class teacher in adapting lessons to support all learners
Support pupils with engagement, confidence, and behaviour
Work collaboratively with teaching staff and SEN teams
