This welcoming school is seeking a committed SEN TA to begin immediately. You'll become part of a nurturing team focused on helping every pupil thrive both academically and personally.
The Role
As an SEN TA, you will work alongside teachers and support staff to deliver tailored assistance to pupils with additional needs. The successful SEN TA will contribute to building a positive, inclusive, and stimulating learning environment.
Key responsibilities include:
Assisting with personalised learning plans
Supporting pupils on a one-to-one and small group basis
Modifying resources to suit individual needs
Promoting confidence, independence, and engagement
Collaborating with teachers, parents, and external professionals
