Are you a time‑served Manual Turner looking for your next step?

This is a fantastic opportunity to join a long‑established precision engineering environment supplying into a wide variety of different sectors.

The Role:

· Setting & operating manual lathes

· Producing high‑precision machined components

· Working from complex engineering drawings

· Completing route cards & documentation accurately

· Conducting basic machine maintenance

· Identifying and suggesting process improvements

Person Specification:

· Apprenticeship‑trained, time‑served or NVQ Level 3+

· Strong understanding of precision tolerances

· Experience working with a wide range of materials

· Confident working both independently & as part of a team

· Able to train or mentor apprentices if required

· Hours = Mon - Thurs 07:30 -16:30 & Fri 07:30 -12:30

· Overtime available paid at time and a half over 39 hours
