🚛 Transport Debriefer
Location: Worcester
Hours: Varying start times between 8:00am – 11:00am
Rota: Any 5 days out of 7 - 45Hrs per week
We are looking for a highly organised and detail-oriented Transport Debriefer to join our busy depot team. This is an excellent opportunity for someone who thrives in a fast-paced transport environment and is passionate about compliance, accuracy, and teamwork.
🔍 About the Role
As a Transport Debriefer, you will play a key role in ensuring operational excellence by supporting fleet and driver compliance, maintaining accurate records, and helping to drive high standards across our temperature controlled depot.
✅ Key Responsibilities
Working in a temperature controlled environment assisting drivers on return from routes.
Conducting daily driver debriefs, ensuring all paperwork is completed accurately
Monitoring and supporting Fleet & Driver Compliance
Managing Depot Credit Control processes
Overseeing Asset Control within the depot
Supporting and promoting Health & Safety standards
Ensuring all documentation meets company and regulatory compliance requirements
👤 What We’re Looking For
Excellent communication skills – confident liaising with drivers and management
Strong attention to detail and a passion for accuracy
Ability to work effectively as part of a team
Organised, proactive and able to prioritise workload
Experience within transport/logistics (desirable but not essential)
