The Senior Project Manager's role
The Senior Project Manager will be responsible for leading projects from inception through to completion across multiple sectors. As a Senior Project Manager, you will manage client relationships, coordinate multidisciplinary teams, and ensure projects are delivered on time and within budget. The Senior Project Manager will play a key role in mentoring junior staff and supporting business development initiatives. Day-to-day duties for the Senior Project Manager will include programme management, risk mitigation, procurement advice, and stakeholder engagement.

The ideal Senior Project Manager will have a proven track record delivering leisure, commercial or residential projects within a consultancy environment. The Senior Project Manager should be confident managing multiple projects simultaneously and liaising with senior stakeholders.
Required experience:
Experience working as a Senior Project Manager or similar role within consultancy
Strong background across leisure, commercial, or residential sectors
Professional qualification such as MRICS, MAPM, or PRINCE2 Practitioner
Excellent communication and leadership skills
Ability to manage projects through the full lifecycle
