Role Responsibilities
As a Supply Teacher, you will:
Deliver pre-planned lessons across different subjects and year groups
Maintain positive behaviour and a safe, structured learning environment
Adapt quickly to new classroom settings and school routines
Monitor and support pupil progress during lessons
Create an engaging, inclusive, and stimulating classroom environment
Provide high-quality teaching and classroom support when required
Work collaboratively with teaching assistants and school staffThe Ideal Candidate
We are looking for a confident and adaptable Supply Teacher who can build positive relationships quickly and deliver consistent, high-quality teaching.
Essential Requirements
Qualified Teacher Status (QTS)
Strong classroom management and behaviour management skills
Flexibility to teach across EYFS, KS1, and KS2
Positive, professional, and adaptable approach to teaching
Enhanced DBS Certificate (or willingness to obtain one)
Right to work in the UKDesirable
Previous experience as a Supply Teacher, Primary Teacher, or Cover Teacher
Availability for short-term, long-term, or daily supply work
