The Role
As a Project Coordinator, you’ll play a key role in supporting the successful delivery of projects from inception through to completion. You’ll work closely with Project Managers, stakeholders, and internal teams to ensure smooth project execution and exceptional client service
Key Responsibilities
Provide day‑to‑day administrative and coordination support to the project team
Assist with project scheduling, progress tracking, and documentation
Prepare reports, meeting minutes, and project updates
Maintain and update project files, systems, and documentation
Liaise with internal teams, suppliers, and clients to support project delivery
Support project managers with procurement, resource planning, and logistics
Assist with risk tracking, project compliance, and quality control processes
Requirements
Minimum 6 months’ experience in a Project Coordinator, Project Assistant, or similar support role
Strong organisational and multitasking skills
Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal
Confident working with project documentation and reporting
Proficient with MS Office (Excel, Word, Outlook, Teams)
Ability to work independently and as part of a team
Strong attention to detail and ability to prioritise workloads
