Position: Special Needs Teaching Assistant

Salary: £92.63-£100 per day
Job Type: Full-time
Key Responsibilities:
Provide individualized support to students with special educational needs (SEN) within the classroom.
Assist the teacher in fostering an inclusive and supportive learning environment.
Help promote academic and social development, ensuring every child reaches their full potential.
Build positive relationships with students, nurturing their confidence and independence.
Offer support with any additional personal or medical care requirements.
Requirements:
A caring, patient, and supportive attitude toward working with children.
Previous experience with SEN students is preferred but not essential.
Strong communication skills and the ability to collaborate well within a team.
A proactive and adaptable approach to meeting the needs of students.
