My client, a leading UK manufacturer is seeking an experienced Multiskilled Maintenance Engineer to join their Staffordshire production site.
This role offers career progression to senior levels, an OTE of £60,000, 33 days holiday and premium pay for weekend work.
Role Overview:
The Electrical Maintenance Engineer will work a double days rotating shift pattern, maintaining production machinery and manufactuing equipment.
Key Responsibilities:
* Fault-finding and maintenance of industrial machinery
* Performing planned and predictive maintenance
* Assessing spare parts requirements and prioritising workload
* Supporting continuous improvement initiatives and maintaining high safety standards
Candidate Requirements:
* Time-served electrical/apprenticeship qualification or equivalent
* Experience with industrial machinery, hydraulics, and pneumatics
* Strong problem-solving skills, proactive attitude, and effective communication
