Quality Systems Engineer
Job Description:

Support the development, implementation, and continuous improvement of the Quality Management System (QMS) in line with business, customer, and regulatory requirements.
Transforming legacy based systems into streamlined QMS processes
Maintain and update quality procedures, processes, and documentation, ensuring lessons learned are captured and communicated across the business.
Lead internal and external audit activities, including planning, execution, and liaison with certification bodies.
Mentor and engage cross-functional teams, including shopfloor staff, to drive adoption of best-practice and standardised processes, building buy-in and ensuring consistent application of the Quality Management System across the businessQuality Systems Engineer
Essential:

Proven experience in a Quality Systems or similar role within aerospace, space, defence, or other high-precision industries.
Strong understanding of AS9100 and experience conducting internal audits.
Experience managing non-conformances and supporting structured problem-solving activities
