In this role, you will contribute directly to the maintenance and repair of social housing, ensuring homes are safe and operational for residents.

The Role
As the Multi-Skilled Plumber, you’ll:

Perform routine and emergency plumbing repairs, including fixing leaks and replacing fixtures.
Install and maintain plumbing systems, adhering to specifications and safety standards.
Assist with various general maintenance duties, such as minor electrical work and carpentry.
Respond promptly to service requests, ensuring timely completion of work orders.
Maintain records of maintenance and repair activities accurately.  

You
To be successful in the role of Multi-Skilled Plumber, you’ll bring:

NVQ Level 2 or City & Guilds qualification in Plumbing or equivalent.
Proven experience in plumbing maintenance and repair work.
Basic knowledge of health and safety regulations in the construction sector.
A full UK driving license and valid CSCS/JIB card.
Basic understanding of electrical systems related to plumbing.
