What you’ll actually be doing
* Removing and refitting panels with skill and precision
* Spotting defects and communicating them clearly to the team
* Ensuring everything fits perfectly and looks great
* Following all safety standards
* Looking after your tools and reporting any issues
* Performing quality checks and signing off on repairs
* Keeping vehicles safe and protected while you work your magic
What you need to bring to the party
* Experience as a Panel Beater
* Relevant motor manufacturer qualifications and training
* Current welding certificate (AOM009 or equivalent)
* Skills in MIG braze, spot welding, riveting, bonding, and handling high-strength steels
* Light MET and bonding certifications
* Full UK driving licence
* A “can-do” attitude and the ability to work well with others
