TeacherActive is currently recruiting Newly Qualified Teaching Assistants to join outstanding primary schools across the Rhondda Cynon Taf area. Positions are available on a part-time or full-time basis, starting immediately.
Opportunities range from day-to-day supply roles to long-term placements, with settings including mainstream schools, Special Resource Bases (SRB), and additional learning needs environments.
At TeacherActive, you will receive a competitive starting rate of £13.69 per hour.
We are seeking Teaching Assistants who:
Have previous experience working as a Teaching Assistant
Hold a recognised Teaching Assistant qualification
Demonstrate the ability to foster and encourage effective learning
Are excellent team players, passionate about contributing to the school community
Possess the initiative to manage classroom situations independently
