School Administrator - Maidstone
Full-time or Part-time | £15+ per hour

Academics Ltd, a leading education recruitment agency, is currently working with a friendly and supportive secondary school in Maidstone to recruit an experienced School Administrator.

This is a great opportunity for a confident and organised School Administrator with previous school-based experience and strong knowledge of SIMS to join a busy school office. We are looking for a proactive School Administrator who can hit the ground running and provide high-quality administrative support.

Key Responsibilities:

Maintaining and updating attendance records using SIMS
Supporting with reprographics and printing tasks
Providing reception cover and acting as the first point of contact
Assisting with day-to-day administration within the school office
Supporting staff and students with general queries

Requirements:

Previous experience working as a School Administrator in a school setting
Confident and competent user of SIMS (essential)
Excellent organisational and communication skills
Ability to manage multiple tasks and work under pressure
Enhanced DBS on the Update Service (or willingness to obtain one)
