You will act as a key point of contact for customers, ensuring a high standard of service while supporting the smooth day-to-day running of the service department.
Working Hours
Monday to Thursday: 8:00am - 5:30pm
Friday: 8:30am - 5:00pm
Key Responsibilities
Handling all service enquiries via phone, email, and face-to-face
Managing customer bookings for servicing and repairs efficiently
Liaising with the workshop to ensure timely completion of work
Coordinating the allocation and handover of courtesy vehicles
Identifying and upselling additional work where appropriate
Maintaining excellent customer service standards at all timesAbout You
Previous experience as a Service Advisor within a main dealership is essential
Experience working with Audi, Škoda, or Volkswagen brands would be highly advantageous
Confident communicator with strong customer service skills
Able to adapt quickly and work efficiently in a busy environment
Reliable and able to start at short notice
