Key Responsibilities:
Develop and implement sustainability strategies for diverse projects across Residential and Commercial.
Conduct BREEAM assessments across certification types (New Construction, In-Use, Refurbishment & Fit Out.)
Analyze and report on embodied carbon using One Click LCA.
Advise on energy performance and SAP calculations for building efficiency.
Collaborate with wider MEP teams to integrate sustainable solutions.
Engage with stakeholders to promote sustainable practices.
Key Requirements:
3-4 Years Experience within a Consultancy within the construction industry.
Expertise in BREEAM, with a strong track record in conducting assessments and report writing.
Proficiency in carbon analysis, NetZero and LCA methodologies.
Solid understanding of SAP and its application in energy performance
