Key Responsibilities
* Strategic Influence: Act as the primary advisor to Category Leadership. You will provide executive-ready insights and "what-if" scenarios to guide trade-offs and investment decisions.
* Portfolio Orchestration: Design and deliver a portfolio plan that meets ambitious financial targets and category objectives, ensuring every project adds tangible business value.
* Resource Leadership: Anticipate future capability needs and lead the annual cross-functional budgeting process. You’ll ensure the right talent is assigned to our most critical, high-value initiatives.
* PMO Excellence: Lead and mentor a high-performing team of Project Managers. You will be the champion of our Stage-Gate mindset, ensuring discipline, data integrity, and continuous improvement in our governance processes.
* Cross-Functional Integration: Break down silos. You will partner with functional heads to align priorities and ensure the entire business is pulling in the same direction.
What You’ll Bring
* Sector Expertise: A deep understanding of consumer dynamics and commercial levers, preferably within FMCG, Healthcare, or Pharma.
* Strategic PMO Mastery: Advanced project management expertise (PMP/Prince2) with a proven track record of managing complex, multi-million-pound portfolios.
* Financial Acumen: You can interpret complex financial metrics and model scenarios to advise on portfolio value and ROI.
* Executive Presence: The ability to influence senior stakeholders by framing risks and opportunities with clarity and strategic intent.
