We are seeking an experienced and driven Mechanical Project Manager to oversee the successful delivery of mechanical services across a range of commercial and residential projects. Key Responsibilities
* Manage mechanical projects from initial planning through to completion
* Oversee installation of HVAC, plumbing, and associated mechanical systems
* Ensure projects are delivered on time, within budget, and to the highest quality standards
* Coordinate with clients, consultants, subcontractors, and internal teams
* Prepare and manage project programmes, budgets, and progress reports
* Ensure compliance with health & safety regulations and company policies
* Conduct site visits, inspections, and progress meetings
* Manage procurement of materials and subcontractor packages
Requirements
* Proven experience as a Mechanical Project Manager within commercial and/or residential sectors
* Strong knowledge of HVAC, plumbing, and building services systems
* Excellent project management and organisational skills
* Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously
* Strong communication and leadership abilities
* Relevant qualifications in Mechanical Engineering or Building Services (preferred)
* Familiarity with industry regulations and health & safety standards
