About the Role

We are seeking experienced window and door installers to work on residential and commercial projects. You’ll be responsible for the removal, installation, and finishing of windows and doors, ensuring a high standard of workmanship and customer satisfaction.

Key Responsibilities

Remove old windows and doors, preparing openings for new installations.
Measure and fit windows and doors accurately to ensure proper alignment and sealing.
Install and secure products using the appropriate tools and techniques.
Apply insulation, weatherstripping, and caulking to prevent air and water leaks.
Complete interior and exterior finishing work, including trim and molding.
Ensure proper functioning of windows, doors, locks, and hardware.
Maintain a clean and safe work environment.
What We’re Looking For

Proven experience in window and door installation.
Own tools.
Excellent attention to detail and pride in workmanship.
Good communication skills and the ability to work independently.
Always providing exception customer service.
Strong problem-solving abilities.
